A Note on the Shape

The asymmetry of this table is intentional. Like Mendeleev's first periodic chart of 1869, the structure is incomplete by design. Empty space is not absence — it is invitation. Three predicted Functions are held in quiet placeholders. Others, not yet visible, will be discovered as operators compose new workflows in the field. The table grows. The thesis holds.

The Four Modules

The Academy is operator literacy.

Four modules. Each module establishes one layer of the apparatus. Each module is small enough to complete inside a working week.

Module 1 — Substrate.The vocabulary, the registers, the difference between reporting and Preporting. The foundation an operator stands on before walking the case.

Module 2 — Working vocabulary.The terms operators will say back to each other inside the apparatus. Not consultant vocabulary. Operator vocabulary.

Module 3 — Solved case.A real operation walked end-to-end. Strain forming, the Preport reaching the operator, the decision rendered in time. You see the math through the case, not the case through the math.

Module 4 — Inhabit.Your own operation, your own surfaces, your own decisions. The Academy becomes the working substrate of the operation you already run.

The Academy is built for the seat the operator already sits in. There is no certification, no LinkedIn badge, no continuing-education credit. There is an operation, an apparatus, and a literacy that lets the two run together.
